$5 New Patient Wellness Exam
Yes, that’s right. We offer a $5 office visit with an experienced and compassionate veterinarian dedicated to your pet’s health - for all dogs & cats who are new patients to Tampa Veterinary Hospital. We want to be your pet’s veterinarian for life, and we are confident that you will enjoy your experience so much, you’ll want to come back again in the future. The $5 new patient exam offer is for a comprehensive wellness exam intended for pets in presumed good or normal health. Pets that are exhibiting signs of illness or injury are of course welcomed (and encouraged) to see one of our veterinarians- but are not eligible for the $5 new patient exam.
Our $5 new patient exam will allow us to assess the overall health of your dog or cat and we’ll cover everything from the tip of their nose to the tip of their tail. The veterinarian will explain what they’re seeing, feeling and hearing at each step of the exam. If we find anything that concerns us, we will discuss it with you- and provide you with an itemized treatment plan for your beloved pet. The treatment plan may include products or other services that we recommend based on the results of the exam - which you can either approve or decline.
If you need other products - such as heartworm prevention, flea and tick prevention or other products - we have them in stock at competitive prices.

Please note that an appointment is required to be eligible for the $5 new patient exam, and is only available for dogs and cats. While we certainly welcome other species, the $5 new exam does not apply to birds, reptiles, fish or other exotic species that are not canines or felines.
